We offer a villa for rent with a view of the sea and pine trees, located in the elite urbanization of Lloret de Mar (80 km from Barcelona, 1 hour 10 minutes drive on a toll road) 100 meters from the sea.

In a three-storey house with an area of 300 m2:

1st (lower) floor - 4 double bedrooms (two with double beds, one of which is a suite with a bathroom; with two single beds; children's bedroom with a fold-out sofa), bathroom.

2nd (central entrance) floor - spacious living room-dining room (75m2, air conditioning) with a sitting area by the fireplace and an exit to the terrace (20m2), equipped kitchen (40m2, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need) with laundry, toilet. 3rd (upper) floor - spacious living room for relaxation (can be equipped as a bedroom, air conditioning), with an exit to the terrace-solarium (beautiful view of the sea and pine trees).

Accommodation for 8 people is possible, accommodation for 9-10 people is for an additional fee. Children's accessories are provided (crib, high chair, potty, toys, etc.), the house is equipped with an alarm system.

On the territory of 800 m2: swimming pool, well-kept flowering garden with a lawn for relaxation and games with children, barbecue, garage.

When booking for more than a month, a discount is provided (payment of utilities according to the consumption on the meters). The price includes weekly cleaning with a change of bed linen and towels; garden maintenance and cleaning of the pool - 1 time per week. Final cleaning - 350 euros. Deposit - 1,200 euros.

The house is located in a guarded elite urbanization opposite a small beautiful bay, framed by rocks and pine trees, for which the Costa Brava is so famous. The bay is 3 minutes walk away, the nearest sandy equipped beach is 5 minutes by car or 10-15 minutes on foot . The nearest shop, restaurant is 700 m away, there is a chic community area with two swimming pools (children's and adults) and a lawn for relaxation, a playground, 3 tennis courts, football and squash courts. The villa is located in a fairly secluded quiet place, but at the same time only 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot from the center of Lloret de Mar and its tourist area and infrastructure. Within 10-15 minutes by car there are: children's Gnomo Park, a water park and a dolphinarium
