Montola villa with 4 bedrooms located in the resort town of Sant Feliu de Guixols (105 km from Barcelona, Costa Brava).

The four-storey building area of 210 sq. m.:

Basement: cool sitting area with game room (pool table) an old barbecue with kitchen and toilet.
1st floor: double bedroom bathroom spacious loungedining room with fireplace equipped kitchen (dishwasher and everything you need).
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (one of which a suite with bathroom double bedroom bedroom with twin beds) bathroom.
3rd floor terracesolarium barbecue.
It can accommodate 8 10 people.

In the territory:

Courtyard of 60 sq. m. with a swimming pool (6m x 3m) and a relaxation area.
The house is in a quiet location 700 meters from the beach and the entire infrastructure (1015 minute walk).

The market in the central square is open every day except Monday. On the main street leading to the sea in the center of the old town, there are large banks, notary, jewelry shops and several old pastry shops. In the old town a large selection of boutiques, gourmet shops, boutiques, wineries and excellent restaurants.

The villa is rented for a period of 1 month. Rent for a shorter period on request.

The cost of rent in June and September and 5700 euros for the month of July and August, 7700 euros.

The price includes a weekly cleaning service with change of bed linen and towels.

Final cleaning — 100 euro deposit 700 euros.
