In a two-storey house of 350 m2:

1st floor - a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and access to the terrace, garden and pool, American-style fitted kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, air conditioning and access to the garden (2 of which are suites with TV, 1 suite with 2 - my bedrooms, living room with sofa and TV, bathroom (bath, shower);

Basement - 2 separate studio type apartments for servants (with separate entrance, TV and air conditioning each): one has a kitchen, shower, a folding chair-bed, the second has a sauna, shower, exercise equipment, a folding double sofa bed.

Guest house: 2 double bedrooms, TV and air conditioning, bathroom.

The house is equipped with internet and satellite TV. Accommodation is possible for 12 people (up to 16 people maximum).

The garden is located on two levels, from the bottom there is a passage to the sea. The plot is completely hidden by greenery from neighboring houses.

The villa is located in a closed elite urbanization (24 hour private security, with round-the-clock car patrols) 3-5 minutes walk from the beach, a small beautiful bay, framed by rocks and pines - which are so famous for Costa Brava. When going down to the equipped beach, there are 3 tennis courts, a 30 m2 swimming pool with a children's section, a children's playground, a Catalan restaurant located on the beach, medical staff, lifeguards and a police patrol are on duty. 500 meters away are the two famous botanical gardens of Blanes - Marimurtra and Pina de Rosa. Within 10-15 minutes by car are: children's park, water park and dolphinarium.

The price includes weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels; garden care and pool cleaning - once a week. Final cleaning - 350 euros, a deposit of 1500 euros.
