We offer to rent a luxury villa in a traditional Spanish-style "rustic", located in Lloret de Mar 80 km from Barcelona. The villa is situated on a hill 300 meters from the beach in a luxury urbanization Kaneles.

The two-story house living area of 250 sq.m .:

1st floor - 3 bedrooms (with a double bed, a single bed, two single beds), 2 shower rooms and toilets;

2nd floor - 1-bedroom suite (with a double bed and a bathroom), entrance room with a single bed, a separate kitchen,

spacious lounge-dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace, which offers wonderful views of the sea.

The accommodation in the villa up to 8 people.

On an area of 1200 sq.m .:

- Fenced pool with a seating area,

- A well-groomed garden,

- BBQ on the covered terrace,

- Garage for two cars.

The villa is located in a fairly quiet place, but at the same time only 100 meters away from the elegant restaurant Eltrull- www.eltrull.com and a supermarket.

Clients can use the pool house of the restaurant, its children's area, as well as attend an evening entertainment program.

Distances:

The beach is 7-10 minutes on foot, there are ladder to a small beautiful bay - framed by rocks and pine trees that are so famous Costa Brava. In the urbanization there are tennis courts, a small port (diving, rental boats), a restaurant and cafe on the beach.

Within 5-15 minutes by car are: children Gnomo Park www.gnomo-park.com, water park and dolphinarium www.waterworld.es www.marineland.es.

The rental price includes weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels;

gardening and pool cleaning - 1 time per week.

Final cleaning - 100 euro deposit 400 euros.
