Villa one floor and is divided into two wings:

in the right wing — a spacious living room, new fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, one bedroom with two beds, one single bedroom (there is a second pull-out bed) and one with bathroom.

The left wing — the second living room, second fully equipped kitchen, one large bedroom with a separate bathroom with a bath, a guest host.

The villa has a large covered veranda with seating for outdoor dining.

There is also a more residential building for staff or guests room with sofa bed and kitchenette, one bedroom and bathroom.
