Villa Fiona - a modern villa with 4 bedrooms, located about 850-900 meters from the beach of Forte dei Marmi (can be reached by bike in 5 minutes).
The villa has a common wall with the neighboring house, has its own garden and swimming pool. Paintings and works of art that decorate the walls, change every year and, if desired, may be purchased. A few steps are located bar, supermarket, and a short trip by car takes you to the business center of Forte dei Marmi, with its numerous luxury boutiques, bars and restaurants.
