Villa with 5 bedrooms and a large swimming pool overlooking the Gulf of Mirabello and the descent for bathing is located directly on the beach, 15 minutes from the town of Agios Nikolaos.

Within 5 minutes drive there are restaurants and shops.

Each bedroom has a private bathroom/ shower room four of them with ensuite.

All bedrooms have large double beds, full air-conditioning, the mesh on the windows of insects, spacious wardrobes for storing clothes. Three bedrooms open onto a terrace with lawn, offers a stunning panoramic view of the sea. Another bedroom has a large picture window from which you can also enjoy the view while lying in bed. The fifth bedroom has no view and are more suitable for children or teenagers. Two additional small bed can be placed

in the master bedroom to provide sleeping space for two children. Guests are provided with bathrobes and slippers.

All bathrooms are equipped with sets of luxury cosmetics. The price includes maid service for three hours a day, six days a week.

We also offer a wide range of other services, which are paid on the spot. At your request, you will prepare the breakfast of fresh local products at a price that covers the cost of ingredients plus a € 10 service charge. It also can provide a catering service (keytiring), massages and tours.
