Description:

On the top floor is the master bedroom with a large luxury bed, a private marble bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be converted into one large double bed and its own bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms have access to a covered terrace with beautiful views of nature - the sea, the mountains, the beach.

Lower level is a living room with modern Italian furniture and a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and access to the covered terrace and pool.

At the lowest level is the third spacious bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into one large double. From the bedroom there is access to the courtyard patio. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom and a mini-gym, a steam shower and sauna.

There is a laundry room.

Less than 5 minutes walk - and you are on a large sandy beach where you can enjoy water sports (canoe, sail, gliders, parachute, etc.), taverns, cafes, bars, shops and much more. A little bit up in the mountains by car (just 3 minutes by car) - and you can see the Cretan village of protected and their traditional way of life.

Children under 10 years old are not allowed in the villa.
