Description

Villa with 5 bedrooms and a swimming pool is located on the territory of the elite urbanization of the resort town of Lloret de Mar, an hour's drive from Barcelona Airport, on the first line of the sea.

In a three-storey house with an area of 250 m2:

a spacious lounge-dining room with a fireplace and access to the terrace,
separate equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher and everything necessary),
small lounge,
5 double bedrooms (all with a double bed, three of which with air conditioning),
3 bathrooms, toilet,
hallway,
SPA zone with indoor pool 7x3,5,
a Jacuzzi and a sauna with a sea view, a toilet.

Most of the villa's rooms offer a panoramic view of the sea. The house is equipped with air conditioning, internet, garage and parking, laundry (washing and drying machine, iron). Possible accommodation for 10-12 people.

Location:

The villa is located in a green urbanization on a hill in front of a small cove. To the rocky bay, you can go down from the villa, to the equipped beach 10 minutes on foot (a trail along the rocky coast with spectacular views of the sea, descending the stairs). When going down to the beach there are tennis courts, a small port (diving, yacht and boat rental), a restaurant and a children's playground.
In walking distance (10 minutes) there is a grocery store and restaurant Eltrull.
Within 15 minutes drive is the Aquapark, a children's amusement park and a dolphinarium.
