  We offer rental of a fashionable villa Unica with beautiful sea views, located in the resort town of Tamarit (1 hour from Barcelona airport and 25 minutes from Reus airport) 300 meters from the beach.

In a three-story house with an area of 580 m2:

On the ground floor there is a large living room of 100 m2 with access to a terrace with panoramic views. The living room is divided into two zones: relaxation with comfortable sofas in front of the TV and a dining area with a large designer table.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the terrace and garden.

The top floor is for relaxation. There are 4 bedrooms with sea views. The master bedroom has its own living room with sofas and TV. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub with panoramic sea views.
There is a lift to go up and down to the Spa.
The spa area includes a sauna and Turkish bath, jacuzzi, gym and games room. From this space there is direct access to the pool and terrace with comfortable sun loungers, sofas and tables for outdoor relaxation.

On this same floor there is an additional room with a bathroom that can be used for service staff.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi internet and satellite TV. The villa is built from the best materials and decorated with exquisite taste. Can accommodate 8 people.

On a plot of 1100 m²:

20 m swimming pool with jacuzzi and solarium, furnished terrace with barbecue area, parking space for cars.

Altafulla is located 2 km from the villa, attractive with its medieval architecture, a 12th-century castle and the remains of a Roman settlement. From the villa 15 min. by car to the center of Tarragona, which was the capital of one of the provinces of the Roman Empire, and today is famous for its architectural monuments of UNESCO heritage. A calm city with a unique ancient history will captivate anyone who loves national holidays and festivals, the golden beaches of the Costa Dorada and unique cuisine in the best Catalan traditions. The beach season lasts from May to October, water sports are developed: from windsurfing to diving (in Parc Subaquàtic), there are yacht clubs (Club Nàutic, Marítim), jungle track for children, etc.

The minimum rental period is 2 weeks. The price includes garden maintenance and pool cleaning - once a week. Final cleaning - 300 euros, refundable insurance deposit 5,000 euros.
