We offer rental and sale of villas trofi charming, located in the luxury urbanization of Lloret de Mar (80 km from Barcelona Airport, 1 hour drive on the toll road) in the second line of the sea.

The three-storey house of 200 m²:

First (lower) ground floor — guest bedroom suite with shower room and dressing room, lounge with access to the garden to the swimming pool (with satellite TV, air conditioning); laundry room (washer and dryer).

2nd (main entrance) floor — entrance hall, spacious lounge with fireplace and access to the terrace (TV satellite — Russian channels, air conditioning, small office) to the swimming pool, dining room, separate fitted kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, juicer and everything you need), a toilet, a bedroom with a double bed (TV with satellite, air-conditioning), shower.

The third (top) floor — 2 bedrooms (triple room with a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and pine trees, a bedroom with 2 single beds), bathroom.

It can accommodate 8–9 people. Includes baby equipment (cot, highchair, potty, toys, etc.).

Location:

The house is located in a secured luxury urbanization in front of a small bay, framed by rocks and pine trees. Bay is 3–5 minutes on foot. The nearest shop, restaurant — 500 m, there is a chic Community area with two swimming pools (adult and children) and a lawn for recreation, playground for children, 3 tennis courts, football and squash facilities. The villa is in a fairly secluded quiet place, but at the same time only 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot from the center of Lloret de Mar and its tourist area and infrastructure. Within 10–15 minutes by car are: children Gnomo Park www.gnomo-park.com, www.waterworld.es water park and dolphinarium www.marineland.es.
