We offer to rent a villa in the Art Nouveau style with a panoramic view of the sea, located in a quiet urbanization of Lloret de Mar. 80 km from Barcelona airport 1km from the beach.

The three-storey house of 200 sq. m.:

1st (lower) floor — spacious lounge-dining room (TV) with access to the terrace to the pool with a beautiful view of the sea, kitchen-American (microwave, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, built-in coffee — machine, toaster and everything you need) WC, laundry (washing machine, iron, ironing board), recreation room with sauna and shower (do not give up — closed with personal belongings of the owners);

2nd floor — 3 double bedrooms with sea views (one of which is a suite with its own bathroom and dressing room, with a balcony, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a double bed), bathroom (shower and bath);

The third (top) floor — guest room with a pull-out sofa and a semi-toilet, hallway with access to the terrace-solarium with a panoramic view of the sea and pine trees (table, chairs, 2 deck chairs, retractable Marquis from the sun).

The house is equipped with air conditioning, alarm, on the second floor underfloor heating. The house can accommodate 7 – 8 people.

On an area of 600 sq. m.:

• Wellkept garden with lighting at three levels
• A heated swimming pool
• Sitting area (sun loungers) and barbecue
• Garage for 2 cars
• Parking.
• The villa is located in a quiet urbanization on a hill in front of a small bay.

The beach is 30 minutes walk or 3 minutes by car, as well as to a certain elegant restaurant El Trull, Sybius, supermarket. During the descent to the bay, there are tennis courts, a small port

(diving, rental boats), a restaurant and a children's playground on the beach.

Within 10–15 minutes by car is a water park www.waterworld.es, children Gnomo Park and Dolphinarium www.gnomo-park.com www.marineland.es.

It is recommended to rent a car.

The price includes a weekly cleaning service with change of bed linen and towels; gardening and pool cleaning — 1 time per week. Final cleaning — 200 euro deposit is 1500 euros.
