The house has been recently renovated, equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi internet, TV. For an additional fee, a high chair, a cot, and babysitting services are available. It can accommodate 8-10 people.

On a plot of 1,500 m2:
overflow swimming pool (11 x 5 m) with panoramic sea views, terrace with dining table and barbecue, verandas for relaxation, garden with natural lawn.

The house is located in a quiet protected area, 5 minutes walk along the path to a small bay and 10 minutes to equipped sandy beaches. The beaches are located near the nearest restaurants. Two large supermarkets are located in the town of Altafulla, 5 minutes drive from the villa (4 km). Altafulla, attractive for its medieval architecture, 12th century castle and remains of a Roman settlement. From the villa 15 minutes by car to the center of Tarragona, which was the capital of one of the three Roman provinces on the Iberian Peninsula, and today is famous for its architectural monuments included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. A 20-minute drive from the famous Port Aventura amusement park www.portaventura.es , water park and Ferrari Country amusement park www.portaventuraworld.com/ru/ferrari-land , 40 minutes from the water park www.aqualeon.es . But the Costa Daurada beach season lasts from May to October, water sports are developed: from windsurfing to diving (in Parc Subaquàtic), there are yacht clubs (Club Nàutic, Marítim), a jungle track for children, etc.
