The 2-storey building area of 230 m²:

• First floor spacious loungedining room with fireplace (with 2 sofas)

equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher and everything you need) with access to the covered terrace, double bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom, a spacious terrace — chill out (guard passage to the pool);

2nd floor — 3 double bedrooms (one of which is a suite of 40 m², a bedroom with a bunk bed and a twin children's bedroom) with access to the terrace-solarium with a panoramic sea view, bathroom.

The house can accommodate 8 – 12 people.

At the villa area of 350 m²:

• Swimming pool with a relaxation area
• Barbecue
• Tennis table
• Garage.

Location:

• The beach is 600 meters (15 minutes on foot there is an underpass under the train line)
• 20 minutes walk to the train/ station.

The house is in a quiet area, but very close to the center and the infrastructure (shops, playgrounds, pharmacy, sports and aquatic clubs, bars, restaurants).

Pineda de Mar is a good low-cost family-friendly resort. Within 15–20 minutes by car are: children Gnomo Park www.gnomo-park.com, water park and dolphinarium www.waterworld.es www.marineland.es.

The price includes:

• Weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels
• Pool cleaning 1 time per week
• Information support of the Russianspeaking representative.
• Final cleaning 150 Euros. Returnable deposit insurance 1,000 euros.
