1st floor: living room, dining room, fitted kitchen with all appliances, bedroom (sofa bed), bathroom, laundry.

2nd floor: 4 double bedrooms (one of the bedrooms - suite c double bed and private bathroom), bathroom (shower).

The house has an elevator and a garage.

Razmeschenie- Maximum 10 people.

On an area of 1200 sq.m:

well-kept garden with lawn,

Location:

The villa is located on a hill above the park with a playground, the beach is 15 minutes walk.

500m from the house is on the road leaving Barcelona-France.

The 15-minute hodby- supermarkets, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops and beach accessories, pharmacy, the city center with an area of discos and entertainment.

Within 5-10 minutes by car are a water park, children's park and a dolphinarium.
