Location:

The villa is located on a hill above the park (with playground), to the beach 15 minutes walk. 500m from the house-convenient access to the route Barcelona-France. In a 15-minute walk supermarkets and tourist area, leading to the beach, filled with restaurants and shops, a pharmacy, the city center with an area of discos and entertainment. Within 5–10 minutes by car is a water park Waterworld, a children's park and a dolphinarium Marineland.

Rent for the month of July and August and at 16,000 euros.

The price includes a weekly cleaning service with change of bed linen and towels; gardening and pool cleaning — 1 time per week.
