Villa in a classic style with 5 bedrooms and a swimming pool is located in the elite urbanization of the resort town of Lloret de Mar, 1 hour from Barcelona airport and 300 meters from the sea.

In a two-storey house with an area of 280 sq.m:

1st floor - spacious lounge with fireplace and access to the garden to the pool, dining room, separate equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher and everything necessary) with dining area and access to the garden to the barbecue, bedroom with double bed, toilet, hallway;
2nd floor - 4 double bedrooms (with a double bed, two of which are with their own bathroom (one is equipped with a jacuzzi, another with a shower), there are also two single beds), a bathroom.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, internet, garage, laundry. Children's accessories (a cot, a high chair for feeding, toys, etc.) are provided, on the stairs there are children's safety boards. Possible accommodation for 10-12 people (there are additional beds).

Location:

The house is located in a protected elite urbanization opposite a small cove. To the bay 5-7 minutes on foot (also 10 minutes to go down the stairs to the equipped beach).
To the nearest store, restaurant and exit to Barcelona / France - 600 m,
in 5 minutes walk there is a zone with two swimming pools (for children and adults) and a lawn for relaxation, a children's playground, 3 tennis courts, a football and squash courts.
The center of Lloret de Mar and its tourist zone and infrastructure are 20 minutes walk or 3 minutes away by car.
Within 10-15 minutes by car there are: Children's Gnomish Park, Waterworld Water Park and Marineland Dolphinarium.
