The nearest store, restaurant and exit to Barcelona / France is 600 m, a 5-minute walk is a communal area with two swimming pools (children and adults) and a lawn for relaxation, a playground, 3 tennis courts, a football field. The villa is located in a quite secluded quiet place, but at the same time only 3 minutes by car or 20 minutes walk from the resort center and its tourist area and infrastructure.
