We offer a luxurious villa Floradiva with panoramic views of the sea and pine trees, located on a hill in a quiet urbanization of Loret de Mar (1h from Barcelona airport and 30min from Girona airport) 3.5 km from the beach.

In a three-storey house with an area of 300 (residential 220) m2:

1st floor - separate apartment (80m2) with a small kitchen-dining room and a bedroom-living room with a shower room - access to the garden; garage for 2 cars; sauna; Technical buildings.
2nd floor - a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and an equipped kitchen in a classic Provencal style with access to the terrace to the pool, as well as to the covered barbecue area; bedroom suite with double bed and bathroom; laundry, toilet;
3rd floor - 3 double bedroom suites (master with a double bed, dressing room and bathroom; with a double bed and a bathroom; an office with a bathroom - it is possible to equip with beds), a terrace with a bewitching panoramic sea view.

The house built in 2009 is equipped with air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, water treatment system, internet, alarm and video surveillance. Accommodation for 8-10 people is possible.

Location:

The villa is located in a green urbanization on a hill opposite a small beautiful bay, framed by rocks and pine trees, which the Costa Brava is so famous for. The beach is 7 minutes by car, as well as the supermarket and the tourist area leading to the beach, filled with restaurants of cuisines from different countries and bars, souvenir shops and beach accessories, a pharmacy, a city center with a disco and entertainment area, a casino. When descending to the bay there are tennis courts, a small port (diving, yacht and boat rental), a restaurant and a playground on the beach. Within 10-15 minutes by car are the Aquapark www.waterworld.es, the Gnomo children's park and the dolphinarium www.marineland.es. In walking distance (10 minutes) there is a grocery store and a restaurant with a swimming pool, a sports club.

The price includes weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels; garden care and pool cleaning - once a week. Final cleaning - 300 euros. Deposit - 1,500 euros.
