We offer for rent a charming villa located on a hill in the luxury urbanization of the resort town of Blanes, 70 km from Barcelona, 500 meters from the beach with a gorgeous sea view.

The two-storey house of 200 sq.m .:

- On the 1st floor - a spacious lounge-dining room with fireplace and access to the terrace to the swimming pool, separate kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary), 2 bedrooms (one - with two beds, the other - from double bed) with access to the terrace to the swimming pool, bathroom, toilet;

- On the 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed, one of them - a suite with en suite bathroom) with a terrace-solarium, a shower room.

House 2001. Built equipped with TV, DVD, in the courtyard there are deck chairs and garden furniture.

It can accommodate up to 8 people.

The villa is located in a secured luxury urbanization on a hill opposite the coves framed by rocks and pine trees. The beach urbanization 10 minutes walk down the stairs.

500 meters from the botanical garden of Blanes. The urbanization of the descent to the bay are a bar, tennis courts, and a communitarian swimming pool 25 meters long with a seating area and a playground.

The port is located 1 km of Blanes. 5 minutes by car takes to the track leaving Lloret - Blanes - Barcelona. Several large supermarkets within a 5 - 15 minutes by car, 15 minutes to downtown, shopping and entertainment areas. Within 10 minutes by car are: Waterpark www.waterworld.es, children Gnomo Park www.gnomo-park.com, 2 botanical gardens, has 100 years.
