We offer to rent a cozy small villa with panoramic sea views, located in the luxury urbanization of Lloret de Mar. 80 km from Barcelona Airport, on a hill 400 meters from the beach.

The two-storey house 160 m2:

1st floor - separate kitchen (dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, juicer, coffee grinder and coffee maker, blender, mixer and all necessary) and dining room with access to the terrace and pool area, bedroom (with two single beds), shower room;
2nd floor - spacious living room (sofa bed, TV can be connected Flash-drive, Apple TV, soundbar) with fireplace and access to the balcony (with a panoramic view of the sea and pine trees) to the barbecue, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and with two single beds, one of which with a balcony and sea views, the other with access to the backyard), a shower room.

The house has: WiFi, in the lounge and dining room - air-conditioning. It can accommodate up to 8-10 people.

On an area of 600 m2:

a small swimming pool, offering beautiful views of the sea,
well-kept flower-filled garden,
BBQ on the covered terrace with comfortable seating area,
parking space,
swing for children,
basketball hoop.

Location:

The villa is located in a fairly quiet place, but at the same time only 100 meters from the famous restaurant www.eltrull.com and supermarket. Clients can use the pool house of the restaurant, its children's area, as well as to attend the evening's entertainment.

The beach is 10 minutes walk, there are stairs to descend to a small beautiful bay - framed by rocks and pine trees that are so famous Costa Brava. In the urbanization there are tennis courts, a small port (diving, rental boats), 2 restaurants and a children's playground on the beach. Within 10-15 minutes by car are: children Gnomo Park www.gnomo-park.com, water park www.waterworld.es and dolphinarium www.marineland.es.

The price includes a weekly cleaning with change of bed linen and towels; gardening and pool cleaning - 1 time per week. Final cleaning - 170 euro deposit is 1,000 euros.
