There is an excellent infrastructure in this area — in Calpe (15 minutes by car) there are banks, restaurants, a hospital, the pedestrian walking areas along the sea, Russian billiard club, shops, swimming pool.

In Moraira — 10–15 minutes — restaurants, shops, massage, etc. Close to Altea (25–30 minutes) excellent 5 * hotel and spa, the beautiful old town, a modern concert hall.

Also near the house (10 minutes by car) is a center for water sports (diving, windsurfing, catamarans, etc.)

Next along the sea and through the pine forest goes ecological walking trail with a picnic area, benches, outdoor area of simulators, cafes (about 20–30 minutes walk along the trail), where you can enjoy breakfast, coffee or fruit juice while taking in views of the Peñón (rock 350 meters high) and the sea.
