The house was built in 2017, with the decoration used high-quality materials of Spanish and Italian manufacturers. Large windows and glass doors to the floor make the house very bright and sunny. At the same time, the glass material does not allow you to see what is happening inside the house, which provides additional privacy. The house is furnished with designer furniture, there are two TVs, Internet. All rooms have ceiling fans. The house is also equipped with air conditioning. Possible accommodation for 8-9 people.

Location:

The villa is located in a small urbanization on the outskirts of the town, 30 meters from the equipped sandy beach, framed by cliffs and pines - which the Costa Brava is so famous for. The beach closest to the villa with a shallow entrance, it has been awarded the blue flag, international environmental awards.
Along the sea, dozens of cozy cafes with excellent coffee, bars and restaurants for every taste, rental sunbeds, bicycles, canoes and catamarans are possible. In summer, yoga, pilates, zumba, tai chi and gymnastics classes are held. The well-equipped promenade serves as a place for walking, jogging or rollerblading, equipped with a bike path, an inflatable water park for adults and children, an amusement town, children's and sports grounds.

Within walking distance of 5-10 minutes is the entire city infrastructure, excellent fish restaurants, several supermarkets, fresh fish shops, local delicacies and wines, a bakery, 2 times a week - market days. A modern fitness center with a swimming pool, a gym, courts and an excellent SPA zone is a 5-minute walk away.
The nearby town of Playa de Aro is known for its high-end shops and boutiques, most of which are open 7 days a week year-round. The villa is 1 hour 20 minutes from Barcelona Airport and 30 minutes from Girona Airport, 60 minutes from the border with France.
