The villa is located in a quiet urbanization on a hill in front of a small bay. The beach is 7 minutes by car, as well as a supermarket and a tourist area with restaurants and bars, gift shops and beach accessories, pharmacy, city center with an area of discos and entertainment, casino. During the descent to the bay, there are tennis courts, a small port (diving, rental boats), a restaurant and a playground on the beach. Within 10-15 minutes by car are a water park, children's park and a dolphinarium Gnomo Marienland.
