Description:

Every detail of this impressive manor has been carefully restored by the current owner, who bought the villa in 2006. After a year of restoration, the property turned into a little piece of paradise on the Amalfi coast.

Located in Praiano. The estate belonged to a noble Neapolitan princess who ordered, the first building of the estate was built in the early 1900's. After the estate was sold to the Chilean consulate, it changed several owners (famous designers) from the 1980s. Since that time, the villa has hosted such guests like Raquel Welch, Donna Karan, Julia Roberts, Michael Keaton. The villa is still present original decorations.

Entrance to the property is through a private garden in a small studio with a laptop (wireless internet everywhere). All rooms of the estate are located on a spacious terrace with fabulous views. From the studio has access to a spacious kitchen equipped with two large wooden dining table for 12 persons and large chandeliers. The new kitchen is fully equipped with 6-konoforochnaya gas stove, oven, microwave, American coffee and others.

The spacious living room is also located next to the studio with white decor, ceilings 5.18 meters and access to a spacious terrace with large white sofas, a fireplace, and ornaments (silver candlesticks, small vases, etc.) everywhere. Air Conditioning.

From the living room, down the corridor, you will come to the first two bedrooms. Double bedroom at the end of the corridor is very spacious and equipped with air conditioning, a fireplace and a terrace. The second bedroom is not always rented. 30-step staircase leads you to the second floor where there are two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large bright living room offers stunning views. The first bathroom has a modern white decor and large panoramic windows overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the island of Capri. 

Double bedroom with king size bed has a small seating area with a table for breakfast, chairs and a fireplace, a flat-screen TV, wardrobe, cupboard, bedside tables with reading lamps, and the scent of fresh flowers everywhere. The en suite bathroom has a bath, which overlooks the entire coast, as well as ceramic floors and plenty of natural light.

The second master suite has a separate seating area with sofa that can be used as a single bed and access to a small terrace. In the room you will find a large double bed, a fireplace, 42-inch TV, electric curtains and large panoramic windows with views of the Mediterranean. The large bathroom features a separate additional room (dressing room) and a shower.

In the living room, also located on the second floor, there is a large fireplace, sofa L- shaped coffee table and large panoramic windows overlooking the island of Capri and Positano.

Additional bedrooms are located in the guest house next to the pool (10 m long x 7 m wide and 3.20 m deep). Entrance to the guest house is via a small kitchen (with a small refrigerator, sink and a 2-ring gas hob) to the double bedroom with wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with shower.

A separate two-storey tower is located near the pool. Entrance is possible directly from the garden. The ground floor has a bathroom, the top - a double bed, a sofa, a fireplace and beautiful panoramic views. There is no air conditioning, but portable is available upon request.

Detached house near the beach with a sofa that can be made into a double bed, a fireplace, a terrace with magnificent sea views and en-suite bathroom. House is 38 steps from the beach, with a restaurant on the beach. Sun umbrellas and deck chairs are rented and the restaurant can order food to be delivered to the villa.

The gardens of the estate is occupied 3.0658 sq. meters of land. The spacious panoramic terrace near the house, overlooking the Amalfi Coast and Positano, has a large glass dining table for eight people. Terrace into the second panoramic terrace with large sun beds, small sofas and coffee tables.

Gardens and terraces are decorated with flowers and plants. Pool with illumination of irregular shape, and the area around it, is equipped with six sun loungers with parasols, a small coffee table, ceramic table and iron chairs. The villa also has a Jacuzzi for six people, a small gym, sauna and massage table and a large pizza oven and a wine cellar.
