Description:

Entrance to the villa is 32 steps from the garage (5 parking spaces in various fields, 2 — covered). Foyer: floor tiles, a small round dining table with four chairs, a lovely antique furniture. The front is the living room with white décor, with ceramic tile floors, white chairs, satellite TV, stereo and fireplace. The room opens onto a terrace with swimming pool. On the opposite side of the entrance to the lobby is a kitchen equipped with a marble dining table for six, copper utensils, fridge-freezer, oven, gas stove with six burners, a dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and juicer. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: one — a shower room and a bathroom shared in the other — are separate. The first bedroom has a sitting area, the other — a small balcony with sun loungers.

From the lobby you can also get to the single bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet are compatible), coming out into the corridor. A corridor leads to the washroom with a washing machine, as well as a double bedroom with a large bed, a wardrobe and a bathroom of the pink tiles with a Jacuzzi and shower. The bedroom is very bright with a beautiful view of the sea.

In the second annexe are single and double bedrooms with private bathrooms. This wing also has a small separate kitchen with stove, small fridge, toaster and a gas stove with four burners. In the living room — TV, two sofas, several chairs, a small rectangular dining table with 4–6 chairs, as well as access to a small terrace with wicker chairs. A few steps from the terrace lead you to the dining area with an oval table and chairs.

Pool:

Terrace around the pool is equipped with six sun loungers and umbrellas, small sofas, armchairs and coffee tables. Outdoor living room with sofas and chairs and stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the island of Capri.

Around the terrace by the pool (10 meters long, 4.5 — in width, 0.95 — deep) there is a small garden with many flowers and trees (orange trees, bougainvillea, grapes, olives, figs, pomegranates and palms).

Access to the beach:

• Direct access to the sea via stairs (50 steps) from the garage. On the beach with a shower and a bathroom. Guests can arrive directly by boat.
