This incredible and spacious villa with 8 bedrooms located in one of the most beautiful and scenic areas of the Amalfi Coast. The villa is conveniently located between the historic towns of Amalfi and Mayori, as a starting point for day trips to all the interesting places of the Amalfi Coast and Sorrento and Naples, Pompeii, Mount Vesuvius and the islands of Capri and Ischia. The center of Amalfi from the residence less than 2 km.

Description:

The house was built almost 200 years ago, and has been completely renovated over the past 3 years. A small private parking for 2 cars is located directly at the main entrance. The main building is a 5-storey building, plus the level of the terrace. The villa has its own beach access. Therefore, it is possible to reach both on land and on water.

On the 1st floor of a villa located: a hall, living room and one bedroom with a double bed and a loft with sofa bed for the child. The lobby is filled with objects of decoration, paintings and wrought-iron chandeliers, leads to the living room with fireplace and spectacular views.

All 8 bedrooms, roughly equal in size, have air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, hardwood floors, a small refrigerator, walk-in closets, a bathroom and a flat screen TV. Two of the bedrooms have small balconies.

One bedroom is located on the ground floor, the other 3 on the second and on the third floor (two have Jacuzzi, four with showers), and one on the ground floor (with shower), which leads down to the waterfront.

The upper floor of the villa is a roof with a huge open space (about 4,000 square feet) with a variety of dining tables and umbrellas, as well as a complete set of kitchen furniture with a dishwasher and a refrigerator.

The kitchen includes a pita, a fridge a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and has access to a large terrace with dining table for 16 people and a sea view. From the terrace just 35 steps separate you from the gates leading to a private beach with platform.
