The villa is located on the coast. Approximately 270 steps along the path, lined with hibiscus, will lead you directly to the sea. 190 - the main road to the entrance to the estate (available porter service for luggage). The villa is divided into three levels. Its large panoramic windows with beautiful views on the spacious terraces with flowers, plants and fragrant lemon trees. The interior with high ceilings in pastel colors. Rooms are elegantly decorated and comfortably furnished as the ancient and modern furniture. Description:

Upper Level: The main entrance leads into a circular foyer with ceramic tile floors and decorated walls. Hallway, in turn, leads to the bedrooms. On the left you'll find a lovely master bedroom with a large double bed, decorative columns. This room in light blue and white colors with marble floors and carpet in the oriental style. The bedroom has two chairs, a small table with a mirror, a wardrobe, a large mirror, a chair and a wardrobe. From the room, through a glass door, you can get to the terrace with sun loungers and stunning views of the sea.

67 steps will take you to the first part of the garden where you can enjoy fabulous views of a small iron bench; in this part there is a canopy of flowers and plants. Another 36 steps - and you are in the second part of the garden, filled with plants, trees and fragrant rosemary. There is a small pavilion with a small table and two chairs. The road to the sea seated lovely purple hibiscus. 63 steps lead you to the terrace with a ping-pong (table tennis), a barbecue and a bar with a small refrigerator and sink. There is a bamboo canopy and a bathroom in an area with a barbecue. 54 steps will take you to the platform, located directly above the sea, and equipped with three sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing. 8 steps to the lower level with an iron table with six chairs, and another 4 - to a partially shaded areas with seven loungers. There is an intercom system (for maintenance). The last forty steps lead straight to the dock, where the wooden stairs, you can plunge into the Mediterranean Sea. Any private boat rented during the holidays, take you directly to the dock.

Access: the villa can be reached by walking along a path leading from the main road or sea; only about 270 steps along the path, lined with hibiscus.
