Second floor:

Entrance through the iron door leading to the patio with potted flowers and trees and beautiful views of the terrace and pool. Patio equipped with wicker sofa, four iron chairs, a small glass table and two dining tables with chairs. In the patio, there are three glass doors leading to the living room and dining room. 19-step staircase leads you to the six double bedrooms. Rooms are furnished modestly. All rooms have a dresser and/ or wardrobe, TV and DVD, en-suite bathroom with shower and glass doors that open out onto the terrace. All the bedrooms are located in the hallway with a storage area for luggage. One of the rooms opens onto a small terrace, garden furniture, chairs and a small table.

Tower:

At the top there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed (two mattresses), with glass doors leading to a small panoramic balcony. Another bedroom — with twin beds and a window. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. In front of the tower on the roof, it is unfurnished terrace with a view of the bell tower of Praiano. The bedrooms can be reached by the outside stairs or straight from the garden.

Third floor

The master bedroom opens onto a terrace with a panoramic sliding window. It has a large double bed, wardrobe, TV, DVD and a spacious en suite bathroom with carpet tiles. Here you can also find a separate living room and a billiards room. In the living room there are several sofas, coffee tables, a large telescope, a TV and a balcony.

Terrace on the first floor is equipped with built-in benches, pizza oven, barbecue and a ping-pong table. 19 steps lead you to the swimming pool (18h5h2,5 m), located on the terrace of natural stone, with white columns.
