Description

The villa is located in a residential area of Forte dei Marmi is just around the downtown (300 m) and about 700 meters from the shore. A few steps are located local shops and bars (just along the road) and the city center with its many luxury boutiques, chic bars and restaurants.

This magnificent villa (365 sq. M) in a modern style. Large picture windows make it light and airy. The villa is immersed in a large green garden. Two large trees adorn the front part of the garden, while behind the kitchen you can find magnolias, camellias, jasmine and herb garden.

The villa is equipped with electric gates and video intercom with two tubes on the first one — on the second, and another — on the ground floor. The villa has a private driveway and parking.

First floor:

From the main entrance you find yourself on the first floor with a spacious open plan and marble floors.
