The villa consists of 4 apartments with an equipped kitchen + 1 apartment consisting of 2 children's bedrooms with a shared bathroom (1 with a bunk bed and 1 with an increased double bed). All apartments have a private entrance.

- Entrance to the Pippo apartment: 1 bedroom with a bathroom, an internal staircase leads down to where the kitchen is located, a second bedroom + bathroom. From the lower floor you can go to the pool. Pool with a waterfall (adjustable), barbecue, a large table on the veranda (10 seats).
Floor "Pippo" (under the floor of "Titian"):
- 1 apartment: large living room with fireplace. Terrace with barbecue, outdoor shower, from here you go down to the sea (about 100 meters downhill, steps).
