Villa Mara — charming modern villa, located about 850-900 meters from the beach of Forte dei Marmi. The villa has a common wall with the neighboring house, has its own garden and swimming pool. Rooms are bright and spacious, with designer furnishings in a modern style.

A few steps are located bar, supermarket and a short trip by car takes you into the town center of Forte dei

On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms and doors to the garden and terraces around the villa.
On the second and third floor there are 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
(two of them are equipped with shower, one — bath).
Outside is a terrace with dining area for 10 people. Another dining table that seats 6 people, standing in the gazebo next to the pool (6m x 10m). The garden is filled with Mediterranean trees, shrubs and herbs. There is also a lawn with automatic watering.
