A brand new villa with a swimming pool is located in the central part of Forte dei Marmi, at a distance of about 900 m from the sea and not far from the historic city center. It is located in a closed private street in complete silence, in front of the villa there is a pine park.

The villa has a beautiful plot with tropical plants with an area of about 12 acres, the entire plot is located on the inside of the villa, so the garden is hidden from prying eyes, which guarantees complete privacy and silence.
The villa has two main and ground floor.

Ground floor - a spacious living room, a separate very large kitchen with access to a spacious veranda, equipped for dining and relaxing outdoors, one bedroom with a large bathroom with a separate toilet, a guest bathroom on the floor. The veranda is equipped with a large table and chairs, a sofa area and satellite TV.
