Description

Cilento — a great band of shoreline south of the Amalfi Coast. Known for its clear waters, the coast of Cilento has the highest concentration of pristine beaches'blue flag'. The area is known for its national park, and is the subject of a strategic, from which you can easily access the popular neighboring towns and attractions of Paestum, Salerno, Palinuro and Marina di Kamerotte.

The villa is situated on three floors and consists of three separate units, offering its own bedroom, kitchen and terrace.

On the first floor:

Next to the hall is the living room, connected with a dining room equipped with dining table for 6 persons, two comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and a fireplace. There is also a corner of the studio, and direct access to the panoramic large veranda through French doors.

Fully equipped kitchen has an oven, refrigerator, microwave and has direct access to the terrace equipped with garden furniture for 8 people and ideal for dining in the air.

The double bedroom is equipped with bedside tables and a spacious wardrobe. It also has direct access to the veranda with panoramic sea views.

Two bedrooms with double beds suitable for children/ teenagers with a shower are also located on this floor.

The first floor is not conditioned as a natural ventilation during the summer season.

On the second floor:

The living area consists of a double sofa bed and has access to the kitchen. The kitchen leads to a terrace with a table.
In the living area also has a direct access to a fully equipped veranda overlooking the sea and accommodation for up to 8 people.

The double bedroom has a double bed and a chair, which is also foldable into a single bed, ideal for children. In the bedroom also has direct access to the veranda overlooking the sea.

There is also a bathroom with shower box.
