On the same floor there are 2 bedrooms with windows to the floor. Each bedroom has a wide double bed, a wardrobe and a private bathroom - showers.
A spiral staircase from the living room leads up to a small attic with a sofa bed for two beds. There is also a small bathroom (toilet).

Around the house is a large, well-kept garden with private access to the beach. The main focus here is on the infinity pool overlooking the sea. Pool size 12 m. X 5 m.
The spacious patio is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue.
