This magnificent and modern property in Amalfi, about two miles from the city center. The villa is located on a huge property, and boasts its private path leading down to a small private beach. The path leads through the various levels of the villa down to the place where the hot tub, sauna and a small gym.

The villa was completely renovated in 2006 and occupies almost 278.7091 m² (rooms), and the garden — more than 100,000 square meters. The villa is located 129 steps down from the main coastal road. Login with electronic gate leads you to the garden that leads to a spacious living room, which serves as the main entrance. At the entrance to the living room, you'll notice its modern surroundings. The room is light and spacious. The villa has a lot of decor, contemporary art, vases, as well as the presence of the Moroccan motifs and large sliding windows with stunning views of Amalfi and the Mediterranean.

The living room is divided into several parts, which are interconnected. In the first part, a large sofa with three pillows, several large chairs, leather sofa, cowhide, two leather reclining chairs and a coffee table. In the second part are located two red leather sofas, a large, 72-inch flat-screen TV, X-Box, DVD-player, stereo and CD player. The floors are made of solid wood. There are two bathrooms. One of the double bedrooms is located at the end of a small corridor, which leads to the door of the living room.

The villa has a spacious terrace. Different areas of its special in their own way: one located on the sofas with a small dining table, on the other — sun loungers and a hot tub, large gazebo, gym, sauna and a private beach. The entire area is a place for relaxation and small tables. The lower part of the terrace, down the track, is a platform equipped for sunbathing, with deck chairs and a ladder leading into the water. Nearby is also a private beach. If you want to moor a boat, it can be done either directly on the shore or in the port of Amalfi.
