New villa of 200 sq. m. located in a quiet location, just a few steps from one of the best beaches in the south of Crete.

The villa is surrounded by a garden on a hill 50 meters above sea level, offering a wonderful view of the Libyan Sea and the island of Koufonisi.

A few steps lead to a spacious veranda and the main entrance on the first floor with living room, dining room with a large wooden table for 8 people and a modern kitchen. The living room has 2 large sofas, comfortable and high-quality furnishings, a fireplace, a home cinema, panoramic windows for viewing the vast sea. Between the kitchen and the dining room is located bar overlooking the sea. On this floor there is a bathroom.

On the second floor are bright, sunny, tastefully furnished bedrooms. First bedroom with king-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower and a terrace overlooking the garden. The second and third bedrooms contain two single beds, each of which can be transformed into one double bed. The fourth bedroom is a large double bed. On the same floor are a spacious bathroom with all amenities and a Jacuzzi, a corridor and a veranda overlooking the sea.

Large private sun and vine-covered terrace accommodates a dining area, and barbecue area under a stone oven. On the territory there is a pool of 50 m² with panoramic sea views.

Please note that the villa is situated in a place marked by the highest number of sunny days per year in all of Europe! And summer and winter, these places are popular with fans of sun tanning. The long beach offers numerous water sports: windsurfing, jet skis, catamarans and so forth.
