Description

A unique 5 bedroom villa with sea views is located on a vast area of more than 1 hectare, 7 minutes drive from the ancient city of Chania in the western part of Crete.

The interior of the mansion was created in a classical style. The dominant finishing material is white marble, harmoniously combined with furniture and decorative elements of colonial and antique styles.

Middle level: main entrance, living room, two dining rooms, office and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have their own private exits through several steps to the garden.

Top floor: from the living room a staircase leads upstairs to an internal interior balcony overlooking the living room, leading on to the three master bedrooms. Each bedroom (two double and one twin) offers its own bathroom (with bathtub) and an outside balcony overlooking the garden, pool and sea bay.

Ground floor: Another staircase leads down to the gym and large games room with fireplace, home theater with games console. In addition, there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) with a bathroom (shower).
