Two newly built 2 modern villas are located on a large plot on the east coast of the Peloponnese, the villas are a short walk from the beautiful secluded beach. In addition, the villa is only 10–15 minute drive to all amenities: taverns, bars, ATMs, grocery stores. The famous resort of Porto Heli is located half an hour away.

The villas were built in the same architectural style, with a similar layout of stone and wood, with large panoramic windows and spacious terraces. The design combines the best of traditional and modern Greek technology. Each villa consists of three levels, differing only in interiors.

From the villa offers a spectacular view of the bay, inside they are very nice and modern decorated and fully furnished. You can simultaneously accommodate 6–7 people. First floor — this is one large space including a cozy living room, elegant dining table and kitchen. Is it equiped with TV, DVD-player, stereo, modern kitchen appliances and tools. At this level there is also a separate guest toilet.

On the second floor there are 2 comfortable bedrooms. Master bedroom with a king-size and a private bathroom with shower. Guest room with twin beds (can be pushed water), individual shower room. Both bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows.

Ground floor villa consists of 1 large bedroom, which delivered a double and a single bed. There is also a separate games room on this floor with TV and DVD, 1 bathroom. The bedrooms have doors leading out to a small patio and garden with table and chairs.

Outside, each villa offers plenty of space for children to play in the shade of olive trees. The garden is complemented by a large infinity pool surrounded by sun loungers where guests can relax and sunbathe. In addition, an equipped barbecue area, so that all guests can enjoy a meal outdoors.
