Description

Luxury villa with 3 bedrooms and a pool by the beach, near Heraklion on about. Crete. The Cretan traditional style is organically combined with modern, refined minimalism of furniture and luxurious interiors of the villa. From the territory there is a private descent to a private beach.

In a house of 200 sq.m .:
- on the top floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom with a spacious jacuzzi bath. From each point of the bedroom, an amazing view of the horizon opens, where the sky and the sea meet.
At the same level there are two more bedrooms, each individually decorated. They have a bathroom with a shower.

All bedrooms are equipped with natural 20 cm latex orthopedic mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows and excellent linens.

- on the ground floor there is a luxurious open space of a living room with a designer fireplace and specially selected furniture, a well-equipped kitchen. The view dining area here is an ideal place for long lunches or dinners at sunset.

The villa is equipped with: USB HI-FI, Smart TV, climate control in all rooms, surveillance cameras, WiFi internet and satellite TV in the villa and its entire territory.
