The original 5-bedroom villa with sea view is located on the island of Euboea, 1.5 hours drive from Athens. Private area of 4000 sq.m. surrounded by palm trees 10 meters high, which provides complete privacy and privacy.

The main building has 3 floors with an elevator.

Upper floor: 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Master bedroom: double queen bed, own office on the second level, large TV, bathroom with Jacuzzi.

- The other two bedrooms are equipped with double beds, TVs and a large sofa bed, which can accommodate up to 4 guests in each bedroom.
