At the entrance to the house — an open-plan area, elegantly furnished and performs the function of a living room. French windows open to a shaded terrace around the pool. A few steps down through the archway leading to the dining area. Both rooms are modern art, marble floors, views of the islands of Spetses and Spetsula. Through the dining area there is access to the kitchen, equipped with the latest technology. And from the kitchen and from the dining area there is access to a second terrace equipped with a table for lunch or dinner al-fresco.

On the ground level there is a bedroom with a double bed and its own bathroom. Above the bed there is a mezzanine that can be used as a bedroom for the children.

On the top floor there is: master-bedroom with a double bed king size, its own bathroom with hairdryer, an office area with a TV and a safe. In this room there are two separated by a balcony overlooking the sea. On the same floor there are 2 more bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and a small veranda overlooking the sea and the garden, the other bedroom with a queen size bed and a small balcony, overgrown with bougainvillea. For these two bedrooms shared bathroom (with shower).

The villa also has a guest house with 2 inputs. Log in to the right leads to the kitchen and bathroom with shower. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and TV. The gardens at the villa are spacious and well maintained — with spacious lawns, spreading willows, local fragrant bindweed. In a quiet corner of the garden is a small chapel built in the traditional Byzantine style with a fountain.

Opposite the main house — a huge terrace with outdoor seating area with sofas, cushions, a dining area, a ceiling fan. Below the terrace is a spacious swimming pool, locker room, shower and WC.

Through the lawn of the garden there is access to a private pebble beach. Just above the beach area has a patio with an awning, table and cushions.

The villa has 2 living steward (ground floor), whose responsibilities include: preparing breakfast, cleaning the beds, change of linen, daily cleaning, the maintenance of order in the garden, pool cleaning. One of the governors wonderful cook, he paid separately, as well as laundry, ironing, shopping, babysitting.

The villa is located between the luxurious resort of Porto Heli and a small quiet coastal town of Ermioni.
