Description

Modern spacious villa on the south coast of Crete with 12 bedrooms and a large infinity pool. Located on a secluded beach, 2 km from the nearest settlement, the villa offers guests a secluded and relaxing holiday.

The beach villa consists of a main house, a guest house and an additional house on the seafront. In total, 12 bedrooms (8 bedrooms and 2 family suites, each with two bedrooms) and 10 bathrooms, accommodating up to 25-30 guests.

Four covered terraces, each with built-in sofas and dining tables, are ideal for al fresco breakfasts and lunches or dinners with stunning views of the Libyan Sea. Two terraces have a barbecue, one of the terraces is located directly on the beach. On the other terrace there is an outdoor kitchen.

Main house:
First level:
- spacious living room with stunning sea and mountain views
- a dining room and a large professionally equipped kitchen where more than 30 guests can be easily served
- bedroom 1 with double bed and bathroom with separate shower
- bedroom 2 with three single beds and bathroom with separate shower

Second level:

Guest House:
First level:
- family suite 1 with two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with three single beds, and a bathroom with a separate shower
- bedroom 6 with one double bed and one single bed, bathroom with separate shower

Second level:
- family suite 2 with two bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with three single beds, and a bathroom with a separate shower
- bedroom 7 with double bed and bathroom with separate shower

Beach house by the sea:
- bedroom 8 with double bed and bathroom with separate shower

All bedrooms are spacious, equipped with TVs and air conditioning, luxurious bed linen and high quality cotton towels. Bathrooms with sets of natural cosmetics.
