The villa is located in one of the best areas of Cannes — ”Basse Californie“. Where being close to the city center you can enjoy the peace, tranquility surrounded by beautiful nature the Cote d'Azur.

The house is located less than 2 kilometers from the center of Cannes, about 20 minutes walk from the famous Croisette promenade with its numerous restaurants, boutiques.

The villa has been completely renovated and offers its guests the most that neither is a comfortable stay. The house is fully air-conditioned, has 4 bedrooms, a separate studio and an office where you can also accommodate. The house can accommodate up to 11 guests.

Living room and kitchen open onto a terrace and garden, where there is a heated swimming pool. A large seating area around the pool and on the terrace makes this villa ideal for weddings, receptions and conferences.

On the ground floor is a living room/ dining room of about 90 square meters with a wide TV or video projector. From the room you can get to the terrace to the pool. The cabinet is also equipped with flat screen TV, telephone, fax, printer. There is a sofa bed which can accommodate two people.

Also on the ground floor is a semi-professional kitchen, complete with various household appliances, 2 toilets, shower room, utility room, laundry room.

On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms are decorated in various styles, equipped with air conditioning, TV and safe.

The studio of about 15 square meters. m is located at the rear of the kitchen and has a separate entrance that is perfect for staff. The studio has a small kitchenette, a sitting area with a sofa/ bed (sleeping 1 person) and a shower.

Terrace of the house is very spacious — furnished with numerous seating areas where everyone can find a place for privacy or pleasant conversation. The terrace is grill.
