The new chalet in the Megeve resort is located close to the ski slopes, just 160 meters from the ski lift and ski school. The road to the center of the resort will take a few minutes on foot. The chalet has an area of 135 m², occupies two floors, and accommodates four adults and four children up to 12 years old in three bedrooms.

The upper floor features a spacious and bright open-plan living area with sloping ceilings and a state-of-the-art fireplace in the centre, furnished with comfortable armchairs. The elegant dining area is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar. The chalet has 2 bedrooms, each of which can be equipped with either a double or two single beds, as well as a children's room equipped with bunk beds. It is worth noting that the adult bedrooms are equipped with showers, and the children's room has its own bathroom.
