• The property consists of a main building and a separate guest house.

The main house is built on two levels: the first floor has a spacious hall, living room put a large corner sofa, TV and sliding glass doors that combine the living room with a veranda. The dining area has a large antique wooden table and a kitchen done in a minimalist style. On the same floor there is 1 bedroom (one big bed or twin beds) with private bathroom (bath and shower).

On the second floor there is a spacious hall, from which there is access to 3 bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom with en suite bathroom and a large veranda overlooking the garden and swimming pool, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (bath and shower), veranda. The third bedroom has two twin beds and also has access to the veranda.

Opposite the main house is a single-storey guest house. It contains an equipped kitchenette and 2 bedrooms (one double bed or two twin beds), with access to the pool and garden. It features a marble bathroom.

Location:

The road to the sea in a few minutes will take you to a pebble beach with clear water. A little further, there is another, more secluded beach with bar. In 5–10 minutes you can get to a small town with supermarkets, bakeries and other shops. A wide selection of taverns is within easy reach by car. From the villa is easy to organize day trips to Delphi, Corinth, Mycenae and Epidaurus.
