Recently renovated villa is 1 km from the famous beach of Pattaya - Jomtien:

- 4 bedrooms with 2 beds (three bedrooms bed king-size 198x203, one - queen-size 153x203) with air conditioning and new TV and DVD-player;

- 4 bathrooms with shower, toilet, sink and wardrobe;

- The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: refrigerator, microwave, oven, rice cooker.

All countertops made of granite;

- Dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board;

- Terrace,

- Private swimming pools (adult and children), Jacuzzi epic proportions, an artificial waterfall, a terrace and a barbecue;

- Free use of the car;

- Dining table in the dining room for up to 8 people;

The living quarters are spacious and decorated in a beautiful contemporary style. All rooms have a TV with satellite or cable TV, DVD-player with surround sound system. Some of our Thai villas equipped with high speed internet access.

Cleaning of the villas daily. Bath towels and bed linen is provided. Laundry is not far from the house and its services is available at a reasonable price.

To the right of the house is a beautiful garden with a lawn, wooden swings and four wooden seats. There is also a large table made of rosewood for 6 persons. Not far from it there is a shower. Since the area around the house is well lit, organizing an evening barbecue or just easy communication in the fresh air will not be a huge work. Also, the house has 2 living rooms one of which is equipped with satellite TV, DVD-player, a sound system mounted in the ceiling and comfortable seats.
