The villa has a beautiful view of the sea and pine trees. The villa is designed in a modern style and is well located on a hill in the tranquil urbanization of Lloret de Mar (1 hour from Barcelona airport and 30 minutes from Girona airport) 2 km from the beach:

In a two-storey house with an area of 130 m2:

1st floor - spacious living room (cable TV with Russian channels, folding sofa bed) with access to a covered terrace and garden, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and everything necessary) such as an American, a toilet.
2nd floor - 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed each, the main one - with access to the terrace with panoramic sea views), bathroom (shower with hydromassage).
On the roof there is a terrace-solarium with stunning views of the sea and pine forest. The house is equipped with air conditioning, a reliable internet connection via Wi-Fi, automatic shutters.

Comfortable accommodation for 4-6 people + baby in a baby cot. It is possible to equip an additional bedroom for 2 people in the back room, for example, for servants. Children's supplies are provided (cot, high chair, pot, toys, etc.).

On an area of 800 m2:

Swimming pool, spacious terrace with dining area, barbecue, well-groomed flowery garden with lawn and evening illumination of the territory, sun beds, garage, laundry.

Location:

The villa is located in a calm urbanization on a hill in front of a small beautiful bay, framed by rocks and pine trees, which are so famous for the Costa Brava. The beach is 5 minutes by car, as well as to the supermarket and tourist area leading to the beach. When descending to the bay there are tennis courts, a small port (diving, yacht and boat rental), a restaurant and a playground on the beach. Within 10-15 minutes by car there are Aquapark, children's Gnomish Park and Dolphinarium.
