2nd floor — 2 apartments with separate entrance (in the ability to combine both cabin together), each of which consists of: 1 double bedroom; lounge with access to the terrace (TV, satellite dish) with a corner sofa (with the possibility to split into two single beds 90 cm x 200 cm); kitchen, one kitchen — American (microwave with grill, stove, coffee maker and everything you need); bathroom; a spacious terrace with a seating area.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, washing machine and dishwasher Domotica, controlled light, music, all electrical equipment, producing a single point of management. The villa consists of gym and spa area.

The house can accommodate up to 16 people.

On an area of 800 sq. m.:

Location:

The villa is located in a fairly quiet place, but at the same time close to all amenities: famous restaurants El Trull and Sybius, close to a sports center ”International tennis Canyelles“, where you can play tennis, and offers an array of water sports: diving, uindserfingom, water skiing and others.

The beach is 15 – 20 minutes walk down to a small beautiful bay — framed by rocks and pine trees that are so famous Costa Brava. Within 5–15 minutes by car are: children Gnomo Park www.gnomo-park.com, akvapar to www.waterworld.es and dolphinarium www.marineland.es.
