Villa Art — lovely modern villa with private pool and garden, located in the area of Forte dei Marmi, about 750 meters from the beach (you can get there by bike or on foot in 5 minutes). This villa has a common wall with the neighboring house, but the territory and the swimming pool is completely private.

Rooms are bright and spacious, with designer furnishings in a modern style. Paintings and works of art,

that decorate the walls, change every year and, if desired, can be sold to visitors. A few steps

a bar and a supermarket, and a short trip by car takes you to the business center of Forte dei Marmi, with its numerous luxury boutiques, bars and restaurants.

On the ground floor there is a

kitchen, a living room with flat-screen TV (with satellite TV), dining room and doors to the garden and terraces around the villa.
